We are delighted to share our emerging revised proposals for a high quality new serviced aparthotel at 190-194 Stratford High Street. The plans would bring forward c45 aparthotel rooms and 55sqm of lobby space for residents and guests to enjoy. This is pre-application consultation ahead of submission of a planning application to the London Borough of Newham.

The proposals would replace the existing buildings at 190–194 Stratford High Street with a carefully designed aparthotel containing 45 rooms. The revised building has been significantly reduced in height and would provide a more attractive frontage and additional pavement space.
